City Memphis Garbage Pickup Holiday Schedule 2024. All garbage and recycling collections will move to the next day. For all other city residents, your trash will be picked up on your regular day.

No collections on saturdays, sundays, or city observed holidays. Twice per month on your regular collection day, the city will pick up your yard debris in excess of two bags and outside the cart bulk waste such as tree limbs and furniture.
